Fitness Assessments
A fitness assessment gives us information we can use to design a sensible and powerful overall program that fits you to a tee. During the session we'll ask you to tell us about your general health and current routines. And because nothing motivates like results, we'll also evaluate and measure your current status so you can see your progress along the way. While they vary from person to person, assessments may include:
- Taking height, weight, body fat and circumference measurements
- Checking blood pressure and resting heart rate
- Testing cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and muscle length
- Performing posture and gait analysis
- Measuring core function and strength
- Reviewing sports and athletic performance
- Setting goals
